Gambling and Betting Law

Our firm specializes in providing advisory and legal consulting services in the different areas of gambling and entertainment law, both in physical casinos and slot machine rooms as well as in online games, especially internet games, sports betting and esports. We focus mainly on business structuring and we accompany our clients or investors in relations with the regulators of the countries in which we have a presence through our strategic alliances at the Latin American level.

Corporate Law

The support we provide in this area starts from the Constitution and Bylaws of any company regulated by the General Law of Companies (Law 26887 and company regulated by Law 21621) and the Law of Individual Limited Liability Company; In turn, we provide the service of establishing administratively autonomous branches, maintaining the legal status of the parent company.

Likewise, we offer advice on capital increases and reductions, corporate reorganizations, etc. On the other hand, and in order to expand business lines, we carry out consultancies for the acquisition of companies, reinvestment of capital, due diligence, project financing, etc.

Civil law

Labor Law

Lawyer specializing in gaming and entertainment law at the Latin American level with more than twenty years of experience in this sector.

He has collaborated in the installation of casinos and gaming rooms in Mexico, the Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Colombia, Brazil, Argentina, Paraguay, Chile and Peru, both in the legal area and in the operational area.

He currently advises manufacturers, distributors, marketers and operators of casinos and slot machines in Latin America, lotteries, internet gaming, esports and sportsbooks.

He has knowledge and practice in corporate law, procedural, administrative, tax, intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions and foreign investment in general.
